We want you to love your wreath — if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

🗓️ Return Window

• ✔ Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
• ✔ Contact us at shop@hhgdecor.com to start a return

📦 Return Eligibility

• ✔ Item must be unused & in original condition
• ✔ Must be returned in original packaging
• ✔ Cannot be altered, reshaped, or displayed outdoors

🚚 Return Shipping

• ✔ Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
• ✔ Use a trackable shipping service (recommended)
• ✔ Original shipping fees are non-refundable

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

• ✔ Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• ✔ Send clear photos of item + packaging

We will:

• Replace your item or
• Issue a refund (depending on the situation)

🔁 Exchanges

• ❌ We do not offer direct exchanges
• ✔ To get a different wreath:
  → Start a return
  → Place a new order

⏱️ Cancellations

• ✔ Cancel within 24 hours of purchase
• ❌ After 24 hours, your order may already be in production

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized wreaths
• Sale or discounted items
• Items not in original condition

📝 Important Notes

• Each wreath is handmade → slight variations are normal
• Colors may vary due to screen settings
• Outdoor exposure or improper storage may void returns
