We gladly accept returns and cancellations. To return or exchange your item, please email us at sales@hhgdecor.com within 3 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be sent back within 7 days of delivery for full refund. 

Please note if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

If you need to cancel your order, please request a cancellation within 3 days of purchase. However, if your order has shipped, we will be unable to cancel the order. Purchases eligible to be canceled, refund will be issued to the original form of payment.

Shipping is Free using FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, or USPS Priority. We ship only to continental US addresses.

Please note that we ship Monday-Friday, and do not count weekends or US holidays as business days.
