We gladly accept returns.  We want to be sure you are 100% satisfied with your new wreath!

Return Rules Overview

• Returns accepted for 7 days after delivery
• Customer provides return shipping
• No restocking fee
• No final sale items

Return Procedure

Email us at sales@hhgdecor.com that you would like to return your wreath within 3 days of receiving your item.  We will assist you with return instructions. Your item will need to be shipped to us within 7 days of the original delivery day.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once we receive your approved return, we will inspect the item and provide you a refund your original form of payment with your order. Please note if the item is not returned in its original condition, you will be responsible for any loss in value.

Cancellations
We desire to provide you with the best possible service - you can cancel your order at anytime prior to shipping. However, if your order has shipped, we will be unable to cancel the order. For purchases eligible to be canceled, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
